When can I expect my delivery?

Delivery is by registered Royal Mail 2nd class post so if the item is in stock and the right size it will usually be dispatched by us usually within 48 hours. We will email you to let you know its on its way. If we need to resize rings, or make any alterations you would like then that might take up to 10 working days but we will let you know the exact dispatch day based on individual requirements.

What are your products made from?

All our products are made from ethically sourced precious metals and precious/semi precious stones. We can make to suit your requirements so if you want a bigger stone, a thicker band, a higher grade of gold just let us know.

Are your products guaranteed?

All our products are made to the highest quality and are delivered with authenticity paperwork and legal description of the products used in its manufacture. We guarantee to repair or replace our products for defects in materials or craftmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase, this covers against mechanical failure but we don't cover against dents, scratches or bending.

Do you offer custom jewelry design services?

Yes, we offer custom jewelry design services. Our experienced jewelers can work with you to create a unique piece of jewelry tailored to your specific preferences. So if you have your own ideas, or see something you like but want a different band, or stone or whatever please just get in touch to discuss your requirements and cost. Please note that bespoke jewellery can not be returned under normal trading conditions.

What is your Returns Policy

We offer a 7 day returns option on standard products. If you intend to return a product to us we ask that you contact us via email at Briony@ofher.uk stating your reasons for the return and we will provide return information. All returns costs via Royal Mail or a deliverer of your choice will be at your expense unless the product is found to have a manufacturers fault then we will reimburse delivery costs. Refunds will not be issued if the product is damaged in any way or shows any sign of wear. All products must be returned in their full packaging and we advise you package carefully as we can not reimburse for products that are damaged in transit. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days back to the original method of payment.

Ring Sizing

It's important that you provide accurate ring sizes for all of the custom jewelry you order. Please ensure you order correctly, as resizing after delivery will incur additional costs. PLEASE INCLUDE THE RING SIZE YOU REQUIRE ON YOUR ORDER FORM. If you know the ring size you want, please include it in your order. If you don't, you can provide the size you want in mm. To do this, wrap a piece of paper around your finger just tight enough to represent the fit of the ring and mark it. Then lay the paper out flat and measure carefully in mm the length to the line. For further assistance with our delivery information or if you want to be completely sure, please message us and we will provide a ring measure in the post. Hallmarked Rings

In line with legal requirements, any custom jewelry sold by OfHer that contains less than 1g of gold does not require hallmarking, allowing us to keep costs down. Therefore, we do not hallmark those pieces! For all products above 1g of gold, we ensure they are hallmarked.
